Volunteer Opportunities

Floresta Baseball is an all volunteer organization. We rely completely on parents, friends, and community members to volunteer their time and energy to help run our organization. There would be no organization if not for all of you.

We are in need of volunteers for games and snack bar shifts. At games, home teams are responsible for providing a scorekeeper and for setting up the field; away teams are responsible for providing an announcer and for field teardown. You are more than welcome to volunteer your time at a game that your child is not playing in.

Below is a list of critical positions we need filled to operate Floresta Baseball League. Some positions are team specific, such as Team Manager/Coach, Assistant Coach, and Team Parent. Others, such as General Managers are division specific. While others, such as Fundraiser Coordinator, Field Manager, Executive Board are organization wide. Most positions are subject to the final approval of the Board. Please consider stepping up and helping out our baseball community.

You must register to volunteer for one of these positions. You can sign up during the registration process when signing up your child for league play. You do not need to be associated with a specific child to volunteer. Just click the Sign Up button below.
