Each family is required to complete 6 volunteer hours per player, per season. These hours are essential to keeping our league running smoothly.
How to Fulfill Your Volunteer Hours:
1️⃣ Game-Day Volunteer Roles (Tracked by Your Team Parent)
Each team is responsible for covering essential game-day duties, which will be tracked by your Team Parent:
- Field Setup – Home team responsibility
- Scorekeeping – Home team responsibility
- Announcing – Visiting team responsibility
- Field Teardown & Cleanup – Visiting team responsibility
2️⃣ Snack Bar/Concessions (Sign up via SignUpGenius)
To keep the concession stand running all season, every team must also contribute 6 hours of snack bar coverage.
This helps fundraise for the league and provides easy snacks for players, families, and spectators.
Since Tee-Ball games do not require scorekeeping, announcing, there are fewer in-game volunteer opportunities.
We strongly encourage Tee-Ball families to sign up for snack bar shifts to fulfill their required hours:

Important: The SignUpGenius link is ONLY for snack bar shifts. All other game-day volunteer roles are tracked by your Team Parent.
3️⃣ Umpiring (Logged with the Umpire Coordinator)
Umpiring is another way to fulfill volunteer hours. If you sign up to umpire, your hours will be tracked and logged with the Umpire Coordinator.
Logging Other Volunteer Hours
If you help in ways outside of snack bar, umpiring, or game-day duties (e.g., assisting at practice, helping in the dugout, field maintenance), your Team Parent will track these hours and log them with the league.
Thank you for doing your part to support our players and community.
